Jon Crowley

Before joining Quantic, Jon served as Vice President for CMG, Inc., providing strategic and financial oversight to CMG portfolio companies. In addition to his time at CMG, Jon has worked with distressed mid-market business delivering turnaround and restructuring advisory services. He holds an MBA from Grand Canyon University, and an MS in Finance from Georgetown University.

Alan Sikarskie

Before joining Quantic, Alan held the position of President at Bureau Veritas, overseeing the company’s commodity testing business. He has extensive aerospace and defense experience, leadership roles at Greiner AG, Parker Aerospace, Elbit Systems and GE Aviation. Alan‘s career began in the United States Air Force, where he worked as an avionics specialist, and he continued his service as a Naval Officer in the USN Reserves, designated as an Aerospace Maintenance Duty Officer. Alan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Science in Industrial Technology & Management from Ferris State University, along with an MBA from Western Michigan University. He is also a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and has completed executive development programs at the University of Texas Austin and University of California Berkeley.
Lisa Wilhelm

Prior to her time at Quantic, Lisa served as a Global Account Manager at both TTM Technologies and Viasystems. Previously, she worked as a Chemical Process Engineer at Zycon Corporation. Lisa holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Lehigh University.
Colin McClennan

Colin began his professional career at Evans more than 20 years ago as a Production Manager and Manufacturing Engineer. He became the company’s General Manager after only eight years, and now leads Evans as part of the Quantic family of businesses. An Ohio native, Colin earned his BS in Engineering Management from Miami University.

Sebastian is a 22-year veteran of the aerospace and defense industries in RF & microwave. His engineering background, entrepreneurial spirit, and background in micro-electronics manufacturing and global business development have made Planar a global leader in its field. Sebastian focuses on growth, shareholder value, meeting customer needs and cultivating a thriving employee environment.
Daniel Teuthorn

Prior to joining Quantic, Daniel held the role of Vice President of Engineering at Teledyne Microwave Solutions, where he was responsible for overall business strategy and the technical roadmap. For five years he held the role of Vice President of Operations at Gener8 Inc, where he led the product development and manufacturing division. He also acted as Vice President of mmW and RF Engineering at Exalt Communications, and held various senior Vice President and General Manager roles at Endwave corporation, overseeing aspects of the business such as Research and Development and Operations.
Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of California Davis, a Masters of Science in Electrical Engineering from Santa Clara University, and a Master of Business Administration from the dual campus Columbia University and University of California Berkley program.
Joe Svoboda

Before joining Wenzel, Joe was VP of Sales and Marketing at Criteria Labs, following a 17+ year tenure at National Instruments. At NI, Joe led business development teams in the aerospace, defense and semiconductor industries, focused on RF, microwave and wireless. Joe earned his BS in Electrical Engineering from Kansas State University.

Ken is a 40-year veteran of the aerospace and defense industries in RF & microwave. After leading engineering efforts at Channel Microwave, Ken joined M-Wave Design, and - along with his two partners, Pavel Kolodin and Bonnie Murray - bought the business in 2013. A California native, Ken earned his BS in Engineering and Political Science from Cal State Northridge; and an MBA from California Lutheran University.

Cory holds a BA in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Pepperdine, and a JD from the University of Oklahoma.
