Peter has over 30 years of experience in engineering and leadership in the RF & Microwave space. He founded Microwave Dynamics in 1994, and he helped grow the business into one of the most respected names in precision electronics for aerospace and defense applications. Peter is committed to delivering exceptional results for customers, supporting the growth and professional development of the team, and raising the bar for performance and reliability in the industry.
Tom has served the defense industry for over 35 years with proven skills in executive leadership, operations/engineering management, strategic planning, RF/Microwave engineering and program management. Tom holds BS and MS degrees in electrical engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and Tufts University, respectively, and an MS in management from Lesley University.
Before joining Quantic, Jon served as Vice President for CMG, Inc., providing strategic and financial oversight to CMG portfolio companies. In addition to his time at CMG, Jon has worked with distressed mid-market business delivering turnaround and restructuring advisory services. He holds an MBA from Grand Canyon University, and an MS in Finance from Georgetown University.
Dr. Roman Hachkowski
Over the course of his career, Roman has led global technology, defense, and commercial businesses to extraordinary levels of growth, profit margins and employee engagement. He has held senior leadership positions at Remote Reality, BAE Systems, Zygo and Goodrich, most recently serving as GM of AOX. Roman earned his SB in Aerospace Engineering from MIT, and his MS and PhD at University of Colorado, Boulder.
Alejandro is an accomplished operational leader with more than 20 years of leadership in plant operation management, serving the electronics, aerospace, automotive and medical industries. Highly experienced managing culturally and internationally diverse teams, Alejandro has a strong background in Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvements methodologies. He received his BS degree in Industrial Manufacturing Engineering.
Bruce has more than 47 years’ experience in the electronic packaging industry, including five patents related to electronic packaging and interconnects. An accomplished author, he has published numerous articles and papers covering the electronic packaging field. Bruce received his BS degree from California State University, Northridge.
Colin began his professional career at Evans more than 20 years ago as a Production Manager and Manufacturing Engineer. He became the company’s General Manager after only eight years, and now leads Evans as part of the Quantic family of businesses. An Ohio native, Colin earned his BS in Engineering Management from Miami University.
Sebastian is a 22-year veteran of the aerospace and defense industries in RF & microwave. His engineering background, entrepreneurial spirit, and background in micro-electronics manufacturing and global business development have made Planar a global leader in its field. Sebastian focuses on growth, shareholder value, meeting customer needs and cultivating a thriving employee environment.
John founded X-Microwave, and has over 35 years’ design engineering and leadership experience in RF/MW product development for commercial, military and space applications. John founded X-Microwave to realize his vision for a modular approach to RF/MW product design and development. John received his BSEE from Louisiana Tech University in Ruston, Louisiana in 1984.
Before joining Wenzel, Joe was VP of Sales and Marketing at Criteria Labs, following a 17+ year tenure at National Instruments. At NI, Joe led business development teams in the aerospace, defense and semiconductor industries, focused on RF, microwave and wireless. Joe earned his BS in Electrical Engineering from Kansas State University.
Before joining Quantic, Kevin served as President and CEO of Winchester Interconnect for 10 years. There he built the business into a global interconnect leader through a series of organic growth initiatives and acquisitions. Prior to that, he held senior leadership positions at Amphenol and Teradyne. Kevin earned his BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of New Hampshire, and an MBA from BU’s Questrom School of Business.
Ross joined Quantic after gaining 10 years of experience at Winchester Interconnect. Most recently, Ross served as President of Winchester, but during his tenure he also held leadership positions that included running the company’s RF & Microwave and Hermetic divisions as well as managing Winchester’s M&A and Sales & Marketing functions. Prior to Winchester, Ross worked in Corporate Finance with roles at Longroad Asset Management, deVisscher & Co., and Ernst & Young Transaction Advisory Services. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Middlebury College, and an MBA from Boston College.
Kaleo has more than 20 years’ senior financial leadership experience, most recently as Partner with audit and tax consulting powerhouse RSM, LLP and, and Director of Transaction Services at Pricewaterhousecoopers. Kaleo earned BA degrees in Business Administration (Accounting and MIS) from the University of Hawaii, and his MBA from The University of Notre Dame.
Jeff’s experience in the aerospace and defense industries spans more than 25 years.
He has held leadership positions in engineering, strategy and business development at Northrop Grumman, Honeywell, and Cobham. Jeff is a veteran of the US Air Force and received his BS in Astronautical Engineering from the US Air Force Academy, his MS in Aeronautics and Astronautics from MIT, and his MBA from UCLA. Jeff sits on the board of directors for S&K Technologies, Inc.
Prior to assuming the CMO/CCO role at Quantic, Jessen was Vice President of Communications and Government Affairs at RF & microwave industry leader MACOM. A seasoned technology marketer, he also previously served as Director of Marketing Programs at NXP Semiconductors, and ran strategic worldwide marketing for Analog Devices. Jessen earned his BA at the University of New Hampshire.
Before joining Quantic, Diane served as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, and before that was Vice President and Director at Vermont Telephone Company.
She began her career at Goldman Sachs in the Industrials Investment Banking Group from 2008 to 2012. Diane received her BA cum laude from Harvard and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
Cory has more than 20 years’ experience in the public and private sectors, including three Fortune 100 companies. An attorney and labor relations specialist, Cory has supported employee populations from 10 to 75,000 across multiple industries. Cory holds a BA in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Pepperdine, and a JD from the University of Oklahoma.
