Quantic^™ Electronics (“Quantic”), a portfolio company of Arcline Investment Management (“Arcline”), today announced the appointment of M. Roman Hachkowski as General Manager at BEI Precision, a Quantic company.

“Throughout his career, Roman has led various global technology, defense, and commercial businesses to achieve extraordinary growth while increasing profit margins and employee engagement,” said Kevin Perhamus, President and CEO of Quantic Electronics. “I am confident his leadership and experience will prove to be an invaluable asset as we continue to grow our business at BEI.”

Most recently, Roman served as the General Manager at Adaptive Optics Associates (AOX). Prior to that, he served as CTO at Remote Reality, and Director of Optical Sensor Systems at BAE Systems. He has also held positions at ZYGO and Goodrich.
